Phyllis A. Hazzard

05/15/1937 - 04/22/2012    Phyllis A. Hazzard 74 of Harrisburg passed away peacefully surrounded by her family Sunday, April 22, 2012 at home. She was a member of St. Thomas UCC Church Linglestown, and a volunteer for the Harrisburg RSVP.

Phyllis is survived by her loving husband Raymond E. Hazzard of Harrisburg, her son Michael M. Hazzard and wife Sheryl of Lancaster, two daughters Lori J. Bennett and husband Thomas of Duncannon, and Christie J. Ward and husband Ralph of Harrisburg, 6 grandchildren Cassie Ward of Marysville, Kyle Ward of Harrisburg, Dakota, Cord, and Heather Bennett all of Duncannon, and Hope Root of York, and 4 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Central PA 1320 Linglestown Rd. Harrisburg, PA 17110, or to the American Cancer Society 3211 N. Front St. Suite 100 Harrisburg, PA 17110.
